start morning is with super healthy Pomegranate milkshake.
It’s made with a little milk and tastes lot sweeter; I think kids would prefer
this much more. It's very easy to prepare, just takes about 5 minutes and
perfect for the hot weather Pomegranate, I am not going to go into a discussion
about this wonderful fruit's health benefits. Pomegranate milkshake
is the healthiest juice. I love this milkshake very much and
enjoy the taste of strawberry. Milkshakes are easy way of refreshing your
body when you are stressed. Not only it gives essential vitamins that are part
of fruits you have added but also the milk gives you all nutrients that body
needs. There are infinite ways of making milkshakes. It all depends on your
creativity and the fresh fruits available in market in given season. Add a
couple of ice cubes and this smoothie is a delight to have in hot summer afternoon
or whenever you feel like.

1. Cut into two halves and seed the pomegranate. Grind pomegranate seeds with milk,
sugar and ice cream in a mixer. Do not grind it too much use the pulse option. Add some ice
cubes if required.
2. Take small size bowl, strain pulp
through sieve and extract juice. Press pulp using spoon to extract more juice. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice. Stir well until sugar dissolves completely. Place one or two ice cubes in each serving glasses and pour the juice
over the cubes. Enjoy your Healthy juice which is ready to serve.
Notes
you can add either fresh cream or vanilla ice cream .If you don't want ice cream or fresh cream you can leave it. It tastes much better when it is fresh.You can make this entirely with milk also.
