Who will just chit chat without munching??? So here we are with the delicious recipes.
What we had?
Zucchini Fritters
Veg Rissole
Chicken and Cheese Balls
Vol-au-vents.
Spaghetti with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto.
Red Wine Sangria
Caramel Fruit Cup
Belgian Chocolate Brownie.
Actually we started with Zucchini Fritters
The Zucchini strips are fused into Parmesan cheese and grilled before serving. It’s actually served on a black plate. The fritters were very spicy and the texture was red and green. The Fritos were crisp on the outside, soft inside with a hint of chilli that is nicely balanced by the tomato salsa.
Veg Rissole
The entire veggies are battered and fried to perfection. It’s been served into slices. It’s had golden crust covered up outside and cheese oozing out inside. Hamm…..Mouthwatering ahhh??It’s rich, creamy and had a yummy dip.
Chicken and Cheese Balls
These Golden Balls are served in a white plate with cheese grated around. These balls are very delicious and one of the kids favorite. It is prepared by mincing the chicken and grating the cheese. The complete process is played with spices, battered and fried.
Vol-au-vents.
It’s a creamy Prawn stuffing which has an inner warm puff casing. I love this dish coz of its crunchiness.
This dish is especially made by a chef who played the pasta with flavors the taste of sun dried tomato has its impact on the olive oil, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
Red Wine Sangria.
Drinks at Rasta are quite comforting it’s an awesome drink. It had Wine, Brandy, fruits and a whole lot of raisins makes it extra delicious.
The ambiance is lovely, and so is the service. The chef is a humble man with years of experience and a knack to make the most delicious dishes. Have a chat with the manager Vikram for recommendations on the dish of the day.
Look at the presentation, simple and good. The chicken is shredded and marinated in Tomato pesto which is atlast baked with sautéed veggies.
Now to the Dessert, it’s
Caramel Fruit Cup
The cup which you view her is entirely a caramel- moulded cup.
The Caramel-moulded cup is filled with colorful fruits the fruits are honey –coated which made me to finish if off slowly, so that I can enjoy my dessert. I really like the presentation and flavored fruits.
Belgian Chocolate Brownie.
Usually everyone loves Chocolate Brownies. Here our group started to grab this Brownie like kids and started enjoying it.
It had fudge topping with Walnuts and chocolate on top. The meal was satisfied with the Chocolate Brownie. It’s the best way to end up your meal by this yummy chocolate Brownie.
