Apple Banana Smoothie



A Perfect Summer Drink to Beat the Heat. It’s a great way to boost your fruits and veggies daily intake. It makes a delicious quick breakfast, a nice refreshing snack, a wonderful healthy dessert or a super post-training drink.

One other great thing about smoothies is that to the opposite of simple juices, it keeps all the natural fiber, which helps cleansing the digestive tract. I wouldn’t have believed that a fruit based smoothie could be all that healthy, but the protein is what makes it great. This smoothie is ideal as a replacement meal.

Ingredients
  • Apple -1 no
  • Banana -2 no’s
  • Milk -1 cup
  • Curd -3/4 cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Ice cubes (if needed)
 Method 
1. Combine milk, banana and apple in a blender and grind it to make the puree. 
2.Add curd to the ground puree along with sugar. 
3. Delicious apple banana smoothie is ready to serve. 
4. You can also add some ice cubes if you like it chilled. Pour into glasses and enjoy .
Notes 
Honey can also be replaced instead of sugar.
