1. Combine
milk, banana and apple in a blender and grind it to make the puree.
2.Add curd to
the ground puree along with sugar.
3. Delicious apple banana smoothie is ready to
serve.
4. You can also add some ice cubes if you like it chilled. Pour into glasses
and enjoy .
Notes
Honey can also be replaced instead of sugar.
