Sandwich is one of the lovely food. Inserting lot of veggies or non-veg is one of the most important part. Here I am going to introduce a new sandwich to all of you. It’s called sura (shark) puttu sandwich. I have never tasted before. But one day… when I my son refused to eat fish, I tried this sandwich. To my surprise it really worked a lot. The recipe goes like this….

Sura(shark) puttu
|
1 bowl(already prepared)

Mayonnaise
|
As required

Tomato sauce
|
1 cup
|
1. Take the bread slices in a plate and arrange it properly First, apply mayonnaise on top of the bread. 2. Then keep the prepared sura puttu on top of the mayonnaise.Now time for cheese….place one tbsp. of creamy cheese on top of the puttu. Close it with the other bread. Press the bread slices with your hands so that it’s closed properly. 3.Transfer this prepared bread slices to the sandwich toaster. After sometime, nice aroma comes out of the toaster…. 4. There it is …your sura puttu sandwich is ready. Enjoy it hot with tomato sauce or with any fish sauce.
