Basil (Tulsi) Paratha

Basil in hindi is called tulsi. I brought two packets of organic fresh basil leaves home and prepared the following paratha And it tasted amazing. These Parathas are an excellent source of beta-Carotene, Fiber as well as packed with flavor. They are soft, and hence carry well as your kid’s lunch-box item. You can also use these to make Veggie Rolls.
