Fresh Green Grapes Juice



We have decided to do Drinks for this Summer,so I am joining hands with my two lovely fellow bloggers Priya from “Priya’s Menu” and Sujitha from “Sujithaeasy Cooking.Suji describes as “Beat the heat” which is absolutely true and the upcoming days will be extremely hot as per the records.I have seen Priya’s and Suji’s “Soup Series”, that’s quite interesting and I really loved the way about their innovative ideas.Hope all of you support us and enjoy the Summer Coolers.

Green  Grapes Juice is easy to make and have them anytime during the day. Even kids would love them. Just add a some ice cubes and a dash of lime for the punch factor. Get energized instantly with healthy grapes juice. It’s full of antioxidants, vitamin and minerals. They are good for controlling pressure in body, good for your heart and great for skin. Some grapes comes with seed and some don’t. I have used a seedless green grape for the juice. This juice has a high potassium and vitamin K; these nutrients are specific for a healthy heart. Potassium is important for healthy blood pressure.

Ingredients
  • Fresh green grapes seedless -250 gms
  • Lime juice -1/2 no
  • Ice cubes -few

Method
1.Combine grapes, lemon juice and ice cubes in a blender.
2. Blend until all forms a juice. Pour over ice and enjoy
3. Serve in tall glasses chilled.

Notes

1. Lime juice is optional. If you making the juice and having instantly then it's fine but if you have the juice after some time it might get discolored. So use lime juice to prevent discoloration.

2. It's always advisable to have any fruit juice as soon as it's made. Else freeze the juice and have later.
