Carrot Pineapple and Orange Juice



A simple and refreshing juice made from carrots, pineapple, and orange.It  is so tasty, kids and adults will love it ..Each flavor went really well together making for a delicious juice. It was naturally sweet and tangy so I always get excited when I find a new and yummy way to enjoy healthy foods. The pulp doesn’t need to go to waste! There are so many great ways to use it! It made them so moist and delicious.

Ingredients
  • Carrots –3 no’s
  • Orange juice -2 cups
  • Ripe pineapple chunks -1/2 small
  • Water –as required
  • Ginger -1/4 “
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper powder (optional)

Method
1. Cut the ingredients into the right size for the juicer. Turn on the juicer and add the ingredients slowly. Turn off machine, pour into a glass and enjoy! (Add ice if desired.)
2. Wash your fruits well before juicing. Remove the peels from pineapple and carrot.

3. Add the chopped fruits and ginger to the blender, along with a small amount of water. Pineapple, contain enough juice that your blender can easily blend the fruit without added water.4. Strain it if desired, then add honey, sea salt, black pepper, some pineapple chunks and few ice chunks.. Stir well; pour in glasses and Enjoy...   

Notes
If you want to make a "green" carrot pineapple orange juice, add 3 handfuls of spinach. I serve my juice on ice.
