Serving suggestions
Along with breakfast (I had along with Honey bread).
Chaat masala is a mixture of salty, hot and tart powders, including black salt (kala namak), red chilli or flakes, cumin and sometimes with mango powder.
Add spices just
before you serve, otherwise fruits will leave their juices. Do not add any
additional sugar to the chaat as the sweetness from the fruits will balance the
tanginess of the chaat masala to render the dish a lovely taste. Cut the
fruits, cover with a foil or plastic sheet and keep in refrigerator for an hour
if you make chaat in summers.
