Orange Juice - Summer Special


Orange Juice is a healthy and delicious homemade juice to serve at breakfast. Fresh fruits have just started coming into the markets and kids are asking for smoothies, juices and milkshakes. It is the most popular fruit juice worldwide and an incredibly refreshing and healthy juice to have at breakfast. But with the temperatures just warming up, I gave this wonderful fruit juice every day.

The healthiest type of orange juice is the kind you fresh-squeeze at home It is one of the finest ways for you to obtain nutriments your body needs. It even boosts your health for you to make the best out of your day .Oranges have numerous health benefits and they are high in essential vitamins and minerals.

Black Plum (Jamun) Juice

Plum and Orange Juice

Ingredients
  • Fresh oranges – ½ kg
  • Water – as needed
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.


Method

1.Peel the oranges and keep it aside.

2. Place everything in a juicer. Just blend it for 5 mins and filter the seeds and outer fibre.

3. Add sugar to its desired consistency and keep stirring till the sugar gets dissolved.

4.Serve cold or chilled. The whole family can enjoy Orange juice and be healthy.


The health benefits of orange juice:

a)Vitamin C is also crucial for helping wounds heal, and research suggests the antioxidant properties of vitamin C may help prevent or delay certain cancers and cardiovascular disease.
