Paruppu Kuzhambu (Simple Dal Tadka)

Paruppu Kuzhambu is a simple South  Indian  curry. You can make this recipe quickly within few minutes. It is very flavorful and thick in consistency It is also  names as Tadka Dal | | Pappu Charu | Lentil curry|Dal Gravy|Dal stew.Paruppu Kuzhambu/Dal gravy is a very traditional and authentic kuzhambu prepared in all most all the houses in Tamil Nadu. This same paruppu kuzhambu is prepared differently many places. The flavors from  onions and tomatoes compliment very well; and spiced it up with green chilies. Tadka means seasoning is made with mustard, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves which give good aroma to this recipe.
