Avarakkai Poriyal(Field beans stir fry)

Avarakkai/Broad Beans Poriyal is a traditional recipe. Avarakkai/Broad Beans Poriyal basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapatti/Rice. It is also known as Broad beans in English... There are two varieties of avarakkai - broad & narrow beans. It will taste crunchy which is rich in fiber.I made this simple Avarakkai poriyal for our lunch today to go with Rice. Coconut and fennel adds flavor to the beans and this spicy poriyal. It  can be had with Rotis too. The only difficult part is the stringing, cleaning and cutting of the beans
