Ripe Papaya Masala Chaat

Fruit chaat is popular all over India. Raw fruits help in detoxifying the body, apart from being full of nutrition. Recipe has spicy, sweet, sour, and salty flavor. So chaat dishes are mouthwatering and spicy so that you will feel like licking your fingers.
Add spices just before you serve, otherwise fruits will leave their juices. Do not add any additional sugar to the chaat as the sweetness from the fruits will balance the tanginess of the chaat masala to render the dish a lovely taste. Cut the fruits, cover with a foil or plastic sheet and keep in refrigerator for an hour if you make chaat in summers.
