Papaya Smoothie

The skin is green when unripe and becomes yellow to red when the papaya gets ripe. The inside of the papaya is filled with black wrinkled seeds, which are normally discarded. The ripe papaya has a very typical sweet flavor.
We stopped by a local fruit shop and got some mangoes and papayas.  Papaya smoothie is the best thing on earth. Papayas are packed full of nutrients. They are high in Vitamin C, A, and E which are all antioxidants.  They are also a great source of potassium and fiber. The flavor of papaya is different than most other fruits I have tried. A ripe papaya is smooth and sweet. This is the easiest smoothie you will ever make.

Method
1. To use a papaya, cut it in half and then scoop the black seeds then peel the outside off with a knife and coarsely chop into pieces. Combine the papaya and soymilk with plenty of ice and mix with a blender until smooth.
2. I added soy milk here but you could use also regular milk also. Pour into glasses with ice cubes and enjoy this Simple, creamy and delicious smoothie
Notes
The papaya is also a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and fibre.I added sugar according to my kids taste coz soya milk will be tasteless but it’s very healthy and full protein.
