The drink concentrate, commonly referred to as Nannari Sherbet, is made by slightly crushing the roots of sarsaparilla and steeping them in hot water to infuse the flavors. Jaggery syrup or sugar syrup (or both) are added to this to make a concentrate. Summer seems to be never ending. So let’s forget the heat outside and cool our body with the Nannari SarbathEven if you go to roadside petty shops for a lime drink they will serve you with Nannari syrup. 1. Extract Juice from the Lemon and mix with elaneer (tender coconut water) Water.
2. Add nannari syrup as required for sweetness.
3.Serve chilled with ice cubes and garnish with pudina leaves and some lemon rinds.
