1. Soak apricot for 6 hours in bowl and then boil apricot for 10- 15 mins till it becomes mushy.Chop mango and banana pieces.Heat 2 tsp. ghee in a heavy-based medium size pan and fry the rava on medium heat.
2. Reduce the sugar amount because the fruits are already sweet.In the same pan, throw some cashews, followed by mangoes, banana and apricot pieces. Stir for some time. Add water, sugar, yellow food color, cardamom powder, cashew nuts mix well. 3. Add the remaining 2 tbsp. ghee and cook until it leaves the sides of the pan, or for about 2 to 3 minutes.
4.Garnish with cashews, almonds and pistacios.
- Nutmeg powder can also be added. Using cardamom powder will do good coz everyone has at home for sure.
- Almonds and pistachios gives a rich look.
- Soaking apricot reduces the cooking time. Don’t throw the soaking water. Use it for cooking.
