Kara pori is one of my favorite snack. I always have it prepared at home, so that when ever I feel like eating something, I snack on this. Today I have made a simple snack called Kara Pori .The flavorful roasted garlic which adds beauty to this dish. Spicy Puffed Rice a very simple evening snack. This is a wonderful tea time snack. This can be prepared in large quantity and can be stored in air tight container.Today we will learn how to make spiced puffed rice following this easy recipe. This is easy to prepare, tastes delicious.

Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, fry peanuts and fried gram separately. Keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.Add garlic,hing and curry leaves.Fry for few minutes
2. Next add peanuts and pottukadalai giving a few seconds. When the peanuts and fried gram turned golden brown add the spice powders and sauté for a minute. Finally add the puffed rice and turn off the flame.Mix gently until the puffed rice gets coated with the spice mixture.
3. Add long mixture at last for some special taste.(My friend shared this method to me).Store it in an air tight container. Enjoy this guilt free snack whenever you want.Quick and easy snack ready.

Cashews can be added along with peanuts for those who prefer.
