Cabbage(Purple) Vada

Vadas are crunchy outside and soft inside which is just perfect. Red cabbage vada makes a great snack with coffee or tea. Chana dal and red cabbage are the main item you need to make this side dish.  If you want to finish making the vadas quickly, prepare large vadas. This type is usually served in restaurants. You can eat the masala vadas / chana dal vadas without any side dish.
