Veggie Egg Sandwich

This is a delicious, filling and healthy breakfast recipe that even kids would love to have. It’s loaded with cheese and veggies, obviously egg too. Vegetable sandwiches are most commonly made with onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cucumbers. I like onion, but if you have onion haters, feel free to leave the onion out or offer some chopped onion on the side.IMG_20140403_080403-001Prep time: 10 mins |Cook time: 10mins |Serves: 2 persons
