Oats Idli

A very healthy breakfast, a better way to start a day.  These Steamed oats idli are classic and traditional for breakfast in many south Indian households. It is simple, delicious and healthy for those people who are diet conscious. Oats contain more soluble fibre than any other grain, resulting in slower digestion and an extended sensation of fullness.  This Idli need not to be fermented. This idli is a special one with lots of healthy ingredients. Throw in your favorite veggies, flavor with herbs and spices, if you wish and there you have an excellent power packed breakfast to keep you going the entire day. Perfect for a busy morning!
