Oats Milkshake

This is a very healthy milkshake with oats and perfect for breakfast. My kids always wanted banana so I inserted fruits to make it more healthy and filling. When the temperature comes down, I tend to crave for comfort food which is quick to make yet super tasty. Oats is considered as a perfect heart healthy grain so stay healthy daily.

Method

 

Cook the oats in a broad vessel for some time with ¼ cup milk and keep it aside and wait till it gets cool down. Then add the cooked oats, apple and banana, blend it well.Finally add the remaining milk and whip till everything gets blend well. Pour it in a tall glass and serve it.

Serving tips

Refrigerate for 30 mins and serve chilled.
