Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie is an energy booster and full of nutrients which are essential for maintaining good health. Consumption of banana everyday boosts digestive system this is really very interesting drink

  • Chopped bananas -3 no’s
  • Coconut milk  -4 cups
  • Hersleys chocolate syrup -2 tbsp.
  • Honey – 4 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Curd -1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence -1 tsp



Combine the coconut milk, curd, bananas and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy. Chill the glasses. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses. Add ice cubes, some chopped bananas if needed on top and serve

Serving suggestions

Ground Cinnamon or crumbled biscuits – to decorate(if you prefer)

Cocoa powder or drinking chocolate –for dusting Honey to taste
