Method
1. Heat sesame oil in pan over medium; add
garlic, ginger, and onions. Stir for 30 seconds.
2. Add capsicum sauté for 4 minutes or until tender. Now add mushrooms,
salt, pepper powder and mix well. Finally Add the cooked rice and stir fry for 2 minutes or
until heated through and
mix all over evenly.
3. Cook for 2 minutes till done. Cook, stirring, 2
minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sesame oil sprinkle with the remaining green onions.

Notes
I used freshly ground
black pepper in this recipe. Do not overcook rice; it should hold its shape.
