Method
1. Peel all the cucumber and chop them into small bits. Grind
the cucumber pieces into a smooth paste.
2. To this add the curd, coriander, salt
and asafetida. Now blend it until all the juice has come out. Pour into a clean
glass.
3. You can also drain the pulp if desired. Serve it chilled.
Notes
Homemade yogurt is always a little thin; if you are using store bought thick
yogurt use some water.
