Karpooravalli (Ajwain/Oma illa) Pakodas-South Indian Dish

Karpooravalli it is also known as Ajwain patta,Pani Koorka elai, kanni koorka, oma illa. It is an Ayurveda herb; the leaves are used for treating common cold, cough and fever in babies and adults. Theses leaves can be consumed in different ways. Whenever my children get cough and cold, I make some recipes out of these leaves, hoping that they recover soon.
