Cucumber Mint Cooler


It's very simple to make, very healthy cooler and tasted really good. Hey friends this is a simple recipe especially for those who are health conscious and for the summer. It’s an easy and healthy drink out of the cucumber to fight against the heat.

Ingredients
  • Cucumber -2 large
  • Ice -1 cup
  • Salt –to taste
  • Mint -1/4 cup
  • Hing –pinch
  • Curd (optional) – 2 tbsp.

Method
1. Peel all the cucumber and chop them into small bits. Grind the cucumber pieces into a smooth paste. 


2. To this add the curd, coriander, salt and asafetida. Now blend it until all the juice has come out. Pour into a clean glass. 

3. You can also drain the pulp if desired. Serve it chilled.


Notes
Homemade yogurt is always a little thin; if you are using store bought thick yogurt use some water.
