This is so quick and easy to make. It’s also so fantastic in taste. Just simply blend together, then add some water .Basil is called “Tulsi leaf” in Tamil.It’s one of the most satisfying sippers you would have ever tasted. The watermelon on its own provides enough sweetness.

Ingredients

Watermelon chunks
|
1 ½ cups
|
Fresh basil leaves
|
2 large
|
Tender coconut water
|
½ cup(optional)
|
Lemon
|
2- 3 drops
|
Ginger
|
¼ “
|
Ice cubes
|
3-4 cubes
|
Method
1. Place the watermelon and basil in a blender and blend until liquid. Add water and stir very lightly.It will foam up quite a bit, careful not to overflow.
2. Combine lime juice, grapefruit, ginger and 2 tbsp. sugar in a blender. We loved the basil in this drink.Strain through a fine-meshed sieve.
3. Discard the solids in the sieve. Add ice cubes, if desired. Pour into serving glasses.Enjoy your drink.
Notes
Add a little grape friut juice if necessary.
