Ripe banana and almond give this delicious smoothie.An unfrozen banana works well too with the addition of an ice cube.This Almond,Banana and choco smoothie is super satisfying.I will sneak chocolate and almonds into anything it should be no surprise that this recipe has a little cocoa powder in it.
Ingredients | Quantity |
Almonds(Badam) | 10 no’s |
Whole Milk | 2 cups |
Honey | 2 tbsp. |
Banana | 2 long ones |
Ground cinnamom | 1 tsp |
Coco powder | 1 tbsp. |
Cardamom powder | ½ tsp |
Ice cubes | 4 cubes |
Method
1. Soak almonds in water for few minutes to get rid of the outer skin. In a bowl, boil almond with ½ cup of milk.In a blender combine almond with milk, banana, ice, honey and cocoa powder. Purée all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle cinnamom and cardamom powder. Serve immediately. This smoothie satisfies as a breakfast or snack beverage.
